Ann McLeod - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have used Ann McLeod State Farm for at least 20 years for car, house, and life insurance. I have always received excellent services whether I’m needing to insure a new car, or file a claim for hail damage to a roof, or modifying my life insurance. Today I needed to discuss my car insurance policy changes and Teresa was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I don’t live in Fayetteville anymore but continue to use them as I know I can trust the services I receive.

Staff is professional, courteous, always available to help in any way they can. My agency: Ann McLeod and her staff is one in a million. They have been there for my family for years. Anyone can write you a policy but the care and concern they put in is more like a family taking care of one of their own. I thank God for the entire staff. Mary and Theresa you all have been a blessing. Getting things done and giving us options to keep our insurance current and in force. All of you deserve the Red Carpet and a raise. State farm is a bad insurance company. They all about the money not about people feelings. When you get in a accident they don't care. They don't ask if your hurt or not. All about paying them monthly. What do we pay for when you get blame for other people faults and have to pay them. What's the monthly payments for then they want to monitor your every move with this dumb drive safe and save. Save what. Save for their employees

As always, State Farm, Ann McLeod office has treated me well through the years. Even moving out of town, I kept their office as my go to Insurance company. Teresa, specifically has entertained my many messages, at random hours and many back and forth communication. I just wish other agencies, companies and businesses would act and perform like they do. Appreciate you all, especially Teresa who is probably tired of hearing from me at this point. 5 starts, 10 out 10, top notch, not much else I can say! 👍
