Ann Fortune: Allstate Insurance

Don't bother. Been with this office for over a decade. Left voice-mails and an email a week ago. Then drove to the office to talk in person with someone. There was a sign on the door saying it is closed. Needless to say there was no assistance with getting the insurance info to the bank for a car loan. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I tried reaching out, even called the official allstate customer service and they said they setup a callback through this office, but nothing yet. This 1 star review will go away the instant I get a call back. Thanks :)

So far on our auto policy, the insurance took my dads name off his vehicle and replaced it with my brother who has never been an insured driver for that car upping it hundreds of dollars which we had to resolve. Our most recent issue is that I have a car out on a loan and recently had an accident, when I went to get a rental there was an issue and called allstate only to find out apparently we’ve never had rental coverage (even though we’ve had multiple rental cars covered) but turns out they also removed my full coverage, keep in mind there’s a lien on it so i’ve only had comprehensive for I’m not even sure how long. Anytime i’ve called and left a voicemail to Ann i’ve never heard back and overall the amount of problems is quite ridiculous.

When I needed my roof replaced Allstate was very quick to respond and very helpful throughout the whole process from getting it inspected to obtaining estimates and getting the work done.

I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and when I tried to reach out on August 6th they never responded..I have left many emails and phone messages and no answer so we dropped them Will never recommend all state because they never return any messages/calls and are the most expensive around with the worst customer service
