Angie’s Insurance is the best! Not only do they have excellent prices, but their customer service is superb. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Angie and Misha and they have both gone above and beyond to help us with our new policies. I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided with! I highly recommend Angie’s Insurance for all your insurance needs!

I would like to warn anyone who is drawn to this insurance agency. The price may be low but the customer service is hands down the worst. I’ve had insurance with this company for over 7 months and 2 months ago they changed my last name without my authorization and therefore it was inaccurate. I had asked them to change t to my legs name and update my address and they failed to do so over 3 different phone calls. When asked why this was an issue the owner Angie was very unprofessional and rude. Rather than apologizing for the mistake and inconvenience she was rude and aggressive towards me. I am cancelling service immediately.

I have had renters insurance through them for the last year and just renewed. Any time I had issues (I couldn’t get into my mailbox at my apartment to get the statements), the team was always super understanding and helpful about when things were due. I can’t speak for other people’s experiences, but I know I will keep them as long as I’m renting. Plus, you can’t beat the rates they give you!

Needed a fast insurance quote and they delivered it way faster than other agencies , agent who gave me the quote was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to any one who wants to be treated fairly and get price comparisons.
