Calls are rarely returned if at all. Mistakes happen. I get it. But I do not fell like a customer. I feel like a burden. I just want a phone call back.

I have been with Andy Matthews for nearly 20 years. There is no place I would trust more to handle my insurance needs. They regularly review my policy, always have the best price and are highly skilled, very kind and give you the best service you could ask for. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been with Andy Matthews Agency since I moved to Lynchburg. First rate flawless service doesn't actually describe interacting with the agents. Friendly / cordial / knowledgeable and most of all? ~ they TRULY look out for you when it comes to the price of their automobile policies. They have literally saved me thousands over the years of being with them. I can only imagine how good they are with ALL their policy knowledge. They DO care about you.

Maybe the worst experience I have ever had with a company. Took days for them to return a call. Then they couldn't open a PDF that I sent for some reason. Resent the same docs and they said they never received until I told them what time I emailed them. They then found them and said we will get back with you next week. Week of wasted time. Horrible customer service and not very professional.

I have been satisfied with Andy Matthews Agency. Always handled any problems I had right on time. I moved in 2019 and did not want to change my Insurance as I don't think I would find an agency that was on top of everything I need as Andy has been. I had renters insurance and changed to homeowners with nothing but expertise from this Agency. I would recommend this agency to everyone.
