Andrew Tretina Insurance

Not proactive or engaged at all which is the point of an agent. In the last year they have let two of our policies lapse without any outreach. I only found out once I received letters from Travelers and Hudson insurance in the mail. We had paid Tretina directly for the Hudson policy over a month prior to receiving the lapse notice. We also had a home owners claim in 2024 which they never even called to check on. As of this month and the second policy lapse notice since in a year, we moved all lines of coverage away from them and direct to the same company saving almost a $1000 a year.

I have done business with Drew for almost 30 years. He is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. If he doesn’t have and answer he will find out. I refer him to anyone who is looking for insurance.

Called to cancel my fathers policy they literally picked up and hung up on me while I was explaining, I tried calling back and they blocked me. This is so rude and un profesional. Know I will have to pay extra on my mortgage just because they won’t cancel my homeowners to get a refund back. I will be filling a compliant with the insurance department.

We been doing business with Andrew for 20 years and I can't complain, he is great and always looking to get you the best deals.
