I was quoted one price by this agency, but was later charged a higher amount without any prior notice or explanation of coverage changes. This lack of transparency and communication is highly unprofessional. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get customers in the door. I would not recommend this agency due to their poor customer service and misleading practices.

Be careful with these people. They are nice to you when you want to get a policy. But God for bid if you try to cancel. I canceled my policy in August, and the insurance company is still billing me. Pinnacle told me my policy was canceled. So I was looking for my refund. I tried calling back today, and the man who answered the phone was so rude and hung up on me. Never again.

I got my car insurance through Pinnacle, they’re great and were quick and easy to work with. I was able to save over $100 per month when going through them. Very friendly people, highly recommend.

Pinnacle Insurance is by far the easiest company to communicate your next insurance plan. I personally had the pleasure of speaking with Justin about my policy. He was very clear and thorough in what I was paying for and how he could set me up with a far cheaper price than my current premium. The office environment is laid back yet very professional. Overall it was a great experience plus i saved HUNDREDS of Dollars thanks to my man Justin! I would recommend him and this company to anyone who is looking for the services they provide.

Abey and his team is excellent. I worked with them for my auto and home insurances. They are very responsive to your emails and calls. They are very prompt in explaining all options and proposing the best for the client's needs. It was a pleasure working with the entire team.
