I had two meetings, both by phone at my convenience, with John to review my situation regarding Medicare initial enrollment. John was attentive and ensured I understood the plan options. After two meetings I chose from a few different options, picking the ones that would meet my needs. The process was enlightening and had no added pressure. The icing on the cake is that I now have the added support of John and his staff throughout the year for any questions or challenges that arise.

I have to say that John Freitag is super professional, explained everything in details and is absolutely helpful. I am very happy and relieved to finally found a broker I feel in good hands. He cares, made sure I have everything I need, even made me a video and is getting back immediately when I have questions. John enjoys what he is doing, is very attentive, is listening to your needs and knows the pro and contras of different health care plans. My husband went with me and will definitely sign up his Medicare plan with John.
