Beth was very helpful with getting us transferred to State Farm from Allstate where I had been with them since 1990. I don’t know what we would have done without all her help with the transition to State Farm. Kudos to Andrew as well as he was helping when Beth was sick. Kudos to both of you. I called this State Farm office after being recommended by others and to stay local, but Aileen who answered told me to call somewhere else instead of helping. Especially since I reached out to them based on a recommendation and was just asking for a simple quote. She is very unprofessional and dismissive.

Spoke to Eileen yesterday on the phone about getting a new policy because ours with Progressive was way too expensive. She gave me a price that was 1/3 of what Progressive is charging for the same thing. In addition to that we got roadside assistance. Eileen was kind and funny and knowledgeable. I felt instantly comfortable with her on the phone. Today we went in to sign the papers and met her in person and she is just delightful. Expect to be with State Farm and Eileen for a very long time. There was more than five stars to give her I would.

Chelsea was very informative and clear about every aspect of my car and home insurance. She also checked that I was getting the best rates and covered all my needs.

The office seems to be out of touch with policy with State Farm corporate. Troubles started when I had to file claim for a not-at-fault accident. I had rental coverage but the office provided me with the wrong rental coverage amount because they had changed their rental policy at the time. This lack of relevant information from the office caused me to pay extra out of pocket expenses for my rental. The only compensation I received from the office was "Sorry we gave you the wrong information" Fast forward a few months and they decided to drop my vehicle insurance because I filed two claims within 3 months of each other. I even asked before I filed the second claim if this would effect my insurance policy at all, I was told that it would not significantly effect my policy, so I filed the se
