Andrew Newell: Allstate Insurance

Maybe I will be able to change this review but he never returns phone calls or email messages. Wish I had the good experience some of you have had. Got great prices and saved money but then kept getting new bills in the mail increasing my auto insurance. Called, emailed and texted but never get a response. We will see what happens

Never ever returns calls or emails. So bad that we are trying to buy a new house and my loan officer had to contact me saying they can’t ever get ahold of him and they didn’t know what to do. I can’t secure financing without a quote and almost had to delay closing because of it.

Andrew is an agent who cares about you the customer. He helped me save some serious money on my homeowners and auto insurance. My previous provider was less than helpful when it came to finding a better rate because of a clean driving record and minimal claims at home. I highly recommend his agency.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Least responsive insurance agent no matter if it’s email or call. I do not recommend.

I ALWAYS have issues getting these guys on the phone. I think I've called a dozen or more times in the past couple months to add a homeowners policy and deal with a claim. Every single time it goes straight to voicemail. Very frustrating with time sensitive issues.
