I don't know why Google forced me to give one star for this company First at all they are agents and not an insurance company On 09/19/19 I got a business insurance USLI (United States Liability Insurance) using Andes as agent, and paid for it at the same day. On 10/08/19 almost a month later, I received a cancellation notice letter by mail from the USLI for non-payment Andes collected my money but did not pay the insurance company On the cancellation notice USLI changes $320 for my business insurance but Andes charged me $440 ($120 extra) + $100 wholesaler broker fee. Basically I paid Andes $220 extra for my business insurance. My car insurance has a policy lapse because ANDES did use my credit card on file for automatic payment Incompetent, disorganized, liars and other adjectiv

Around 4 years have my car insurance with them , best doing quotes, super recommended
