Anchor Insurance Agencies

Anchor Insurance Agencies is the worst place to be insured through. Rates are high and they are rude more often than not. I tried to set up my auto pay and assumed it had worked. Nope, it didn’t. When I called to explain what happened and to pay for the bill, they hit me with a late fee despite the fact that I had set up the payment to come out. They refused to comp the late fee which was absurdly high by the way, and so I cancelled immediately. The lady I spoke to was awful, but she’s dead now so there is some justice in the world. Never come here if you actually want to speak to decent human beings. At least you won’t have the pleasure of speaking with the lady I did, since she is current six feet under.

Do not get insurance with these people. The Wilson office changed my policy without talking to me first to rectify an issue. When I found this out I made them change the deductible amount to what I would've wanted if I was contacted first. They charged me a fee for the initial change AND a fee for the correction. Their agent JJ agreed she would've handled the whole thing differently but the agent Ann (who made the change)never owned that what she did was wrong. They are not professional at all. Customers are not valued here.

I have been dealing with Anchor in Wilson for years and do not plan to leave. They have treated me like I was their absolute best customer and have always found me the better rates. When I moved my homeowners insurance to Anchor (car and RV insurance was with Anchor at the time) they cut my yearly bill in half. Highly recommend!

I have had my insurance with Anchor Ins. For over 10 years. I own and operate my own business and Ms. Ann at Anchor has been right by my side all the way from start up to now. Great company for all your insurance needs!!
