Ameritas Group Dental & Eye

I wish there was a zero. I’ve had Ameritas for three years. They rarely will pay a claim. There is always some documentation they claim the dentist did not send them. The only claims they will pay is for minor things like a checkup. I’m tired of paying for something when I get no benefits. Calling will bother. They don’t care. Good luck if you have them.

We had an oral surgery scheduled with an in network provider . Ameritas cancelled the contract with the provider mid year with no warning. We now have to find another provider who can work us in hopefully .

Will do anything to deny a claim! Stay away!! Will not cover you and will find any excuse to avoid coverage! Waste of time, money and poor customer service!

Worthless dental insurance company.
