You might as well pay out of pocket. They pay little to nothing. A waste of time.
Horrible coverage, 0 in network Dr's, they canceled my policy without explaining why they didn't cover a routine exam. Garbage insurance and people that work there. UNHELPFUL.
I spoke with Trista today, she was very informative and clear on what the insurance covered. I am so glad I spoke with her because, I can make a informed decision, based on the information she gave me, and what I was needed for dental coverage.
I can't get anyone to answer the phone to cancel my policy.
If you just need preventive care, they are excellent, but for anything else it's terrible. Your out of pocket cost are high.
