Terrible customer service, I was promised a call back and never received one. I rarely have to use my insurance but when I finally do, it seems like I can’t get any help with what I’m asking for. I decided to switch over to another insurance and within minutes I was able to get help and better rates. The women answering phone calls is lazy, inconsiderate and rude. I would say calling this number and location is awful and wouldn’t recommend this place. This location needs to start doing better with helping their customers from the start.

Benet is very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and is very present! Being present & knowledgeable in insurance can make or break a client relationship. So far I am 100% satisfied & will keep sending him referrals from my network & friends.

BENET VILLATORO Benet Villatoro is very unprofessional. I have been with Erie insurance for more than 8 years but he treated me like nothing. When you go in person there, he will just tell you what you need to hear to make you go away from his face after that, it is a different story. when I was in their office, He said I already paid everything for a full month and then they sent me a bill of $218 and when I call him, he cannot even listen to me. I used to work with Ken he was very helpful but Benet, Extremely Unprofessional person!

I have Erie auto and home and it has always been the lowest with them. Benet explained my coverages and told me about coverage I didn’t even know I could get that I didn’t have. They make sure you don’t have any doubts when you call Erie. Ask for Agent Benet Villatoro he is brilliant.
