Initially I was please with my quote at the time of switching to them. Each year they increased a higher quote. For my November renewal, I called customer services and spoke to a rep about the increase. I asked for her name , she replied ... "I" Then I said what's your real name , she repeated "I" I said what name dose your pay check come in. She finally said Ivy! Very sarcastic! I repeated my concerns, She placed me on hold, Just to come back and say what was your question... I asked to speak with an agent. She said there's a waiting list, there busy with other customers. I'll have someone call you back. I'm still waiting for that call. So I canceled my policy and went with another home insurance company, that catered to my needs and very friendly.

I’m not sure where to start, but they are doing the absolute best to not pay me anything despite my neighbors building falling on mine and being red tagged … and all this damages to my property inside outside and completely unable to even occupy it. I’ve been working with two agents, both of which are completely incompetent trying to block every single option. I don’t really understand why insurance companies do this, but I do understand the frustration of the customers. They offered approximately $11,000 to replace a garage in San Diego including permits Demo replacement of the garage and items inside the garage which is about 40,000 less than the actual cost. One of the worst insurance in the world. I have never seen such insurance in my life. I was very annoyed when you buy insurance so that when a problem happens to you, you don't have to worry. You insured yourself so that you don't have to worry. It's like car insurance so that when you have an accident, you don't have to worry. They pay without a word or advance. Now, I have been paying $4,000 a year for my two cars for years and I have no complaints. But you won't believe it. Since May of last year, they have been destroying my nerves because of a water pipe that burst and the entire second and third floors, which are garages, are flooded. You won't believe it. They are simply incompetent. I've attempt to correct my name for the past 4 years and they keep reverting back to my old name. I've sent them divorce decree and name change 3 different times. I've also tried removing my ex-husband from my insurance and to this day they have me listed as his spouse and him living in my home. I should've simply canceled a lot time ago.
