I am extremely happy with the support I received from Farmers, and especially from this office. After being notified that my prior carrier was canceling our policy, I was understandably stressed. Dominique was the first person to respond to my inquiry and she was incredibly helpful from the very start. She took the time to explain everything clearly and reassured me that Farmers would take care of us. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a smooth and easy experience. We had our new policy set up within just a few days and for much less than what we were paying! I highly recommend Dominique to anyone looking for outstanding service and support.

I have been with this Farmers group for many, many years now. They have great customer service. Always friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. They get things done quicker than I expect. I've been told by friends/family why them if I can save money elsewhere BUT grass isn't always greener. Never had a bad experience, they take care of me and my family, we are here to stay.
