Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, they respond very quickly and make sure everything gets handled smoothly. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Jenn truly got the job done this morning for my company. I was so irritated after speaking to a certain company. And Jenn asked for the number and said let me call them I deal with them all the time. And when I say my certification was uploaded less then the time they given Jenn let’s just say 5 minutes.. These powerhouse women at The Insurance Store are truly a blessing. They get the job done. I worked with Lindsay Santos, she is an absolute shark in all the best ways, she came with a first offer from Progressive that I thought was way to high, told her let work on this, I've had Progressive for several years they need to do better, whe came back with the red carpet treatment, got over $6k taken off the first offer and got it closed and done like that. I own a commercial business so insurance prices are wild, but she definitely eased some of that pain quickly.. I want to add to this that I have been working hand I hand with Jenny as well, she is ontop of all my requests and takes care of us extremely quickly. I can't speak enough about my team I've been Blessed to work with.
