I'm not a policy holder, but the guy who hit and totaled my car, is. It's been two months after the accident. Company towed my car. Now I don't have money or my car. They ask for the same paperwork that I sent them the first day I contacted them. Later, sent me a letter to wait 45 days, even though they have everything they need. Oh, also, worst costumer service ever. They always put you on hold and when they finally answer, you can barely hear them. Hands down the worst insurance company.

I'll start off by saying I'm a pretty reasonable person. It takes a LOT for me to go online and leave a 1-star review. It's been a week since their "insured" driver hit my legally parked, unoccupied vehicle. The police and my insurance company both said I was 0% at fault. I'm careful. I have a clean driving record. I'm not forking over my insurance deductible because of someone else's stupidity. I refuse! I wish there was a zero stars option because this is literally the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. You have to wait on hold for 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone and once they pick up they still have no idea what they are talking about. On top of that I tried switching to another company and was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee and would not get any of the payment back that I had just made even though I was not going to be insured with them that month. They told me they are not a pro-rate company and if I didn't pay the cancellation fee they would send the bill to collections and report it on my credit. I don't know how such a shady, crooked company could be legal in PA but apparently they are just skating by. Now I have to finish out my policy period w
