American Income Life - Simon Arias

I opened my policy and life got hectic so I proceeded to pay the policy however, I decided during open enrollment to increase my life insurance to the company and close this one so I logged in and started looking through the account and I was able to see that there was another person listed on my account I sent an email to question why someone else was listed on my account and two question about the status of the closure the response only included the status of the closure and did not include an update on why someone's name was on my account in the first place. I called in to speak to someone and asked her about it. She stated she could not find a policy matching the policy number. I gave her that I have screenshot it from the account as well as an email that was sent to me with the other

Close your door, hang up on them, advise your employer to not give this company any business!!!! We've had a policy for years with them since our union took out accidental policies for the members. We both got life insurance policies with this company and every year since they harass us and try to get us to buy more policies. We've asked them to stop calling us that we were happy with what we already had. We don't want them coming to our house to talk to us about pur policy and try to tell us what we need. Damn sure don't need them to tell us how we should budget our money just so they can take more of it. After that visit we refuse all calls and hang up on them if we do answer.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with! They have opened an additional 7 policies that were unauthorized and have been taking money out of my account without permission. I have spoken with 5 people in the “cancellation” department, sent in cancellation requests and have never heard anything back. I have filed an official complaint with the FTC. I don’t understand how they are getting away with doing this to people. I can’t be the only one! I hope someone sees this post and helps me because I’m at a complete loss at this point.

Dan Watson was amazing! He actually took the time to fully explain everything and answer all my questions about the insurance we were looking at buying without being pushy or trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. Thanks for your help and patience!

Andrew Flores was a very informative and also was extremely helpful and patient as he had to wait for over an hour for me to get where he was in order for me to begin my policy. Definitely will recommend your company to everyone solely on the performance of Andrew!
