American Capital Funding

I received a letter from this company claiming my VA loan had been “flagged” and that I was eligible for a “$4,180.96 disbursement” through something called the VA IRRRL Enhancement Program. It was designed to look like official government communication, but nowhere in the letter did they clearly state who they were or that it was just a sales pitch. Only in the fine print did I find out it was from American Capital Funding Corp. This is incredibly deceptive. The VA IRRRL program is real, but this “enhancement” is just a made-up marketing term used to bait veterans into calling. They are not affiliated with the VA, and tactics like these erode trust in legitimate veteran services. If you’re a fellow veteran or VA loan holder: do not fall for this. My funeral home establishment uses ACF on a regular basis. This is definitely not a fraudulent company. We have been using their services for the past 7 years or so with no problems. if you are a funeral home and you do not want to wait weeks for the insurance company to send you funds to cover the bill then ACF is the way to go. Courteous and professional and always willing to answer my silly questions when I don't know how to file a claim.

This company is fraudulent...!! I've never heard of this company until my Loved one passed away. I've never had a conversation with anyone from this company and definitely didn't request any type of funding . When I called American capital funding LLC in Newport news VA to report fraud..... They called the funeral home and told them what I said. The funeral home called me immediately but Acf wouldn't answer any of my concerns. I want this company investigated
