Ambetter Authorized Agent / Jacksonville Health Plans

10/10, I couldn’t be happier with my Ambetter Health plan. I can use it in multiple states and all my doctors accept it! Very Grateful for this agency and the representative that recommended it to me.

They signed me up for a policy without my authorization. So when I went to my therapy appointment I was told that they could no longer see me due to the policy with ambetter, because they don’t accept that insurance. When they started explaining how to get in touch with ambetter they gave me a piece of paper that had two numbers on it in big bold font. The first was the number to cancel my policy and the second was to file a complaint. The receptionist proceeded to tell me that ambetter is known for signing people up WITHOUT their knowledge, and then charge them for the policy they knew nothing about.

Ambetter is the worst on the market You just pay and pay and no coverage, and for medication it is bad they will not approve nothing
