No wonder why amwins is the top firm in the us. Their Seattle office especially, has one of the best brokers in the country in my opinion, Andrew Streich.

The worst customer care. I had huge trouble with my clinet becaseu they put in wrong informaiton, not trying to fix it. When I tried to contact them for the udpate, they did not respond, so I send email and phone calls. NO ANSWERING PHONE CALL AT ALL. also on email, they only make excuse and blaiming on me not sending proeprty docuemnt. I sent them a proper documnet, but becasue the title of the document is different form what they requested even though it has all the legal information rquired, still no resolution at all. I have been more than a month. even one star is wating.
