Emily has been so helpful in helping us switch over to State Farm and consolidate some of our insurance policies. She is always thorough, honest and gives great advice on coverage that we do and don't need - she's truly focused on what's best for our personal situation. While I haven't had to file any claims yet, my interactions with them, especially Emily and Jennifer have been extremely positive, with text and email reminders when I was about to get a fee (saving me $$$) and transferring my applications between houses in minutes when urgently required.
