My college graduate son lives in the Allston area. He needed a car for his new job. As an out of state parent who is not familiar with the auto insurance/registration requirements in Massachusetts, we needed someone to help guide us. I called Allston Insurance Agency and was immediately able to talk with Kevin Fraser. He answered all of my questions and provided his email address. Kevin was always super responsive to my questions and helped navigate us through the process. He also gave us solid auto insurance options to consider -- ones that we would not have identified through an online search. I am really glad that my son can now leverage Kevin for all of his auto insurance needs. Strongly recommend this agency.

I used Allston Insurance Agency for the last 5 years and can't say enough great things about them. Having Kevin help me with my insurance needs and having him to call and talk me through any processes has been a pleasure! I would highly recommend!

I am sure they are nice people, but Allston really fails the fundamental test of customer care. Try every phone number listed for them between 9-9:30 am on a weekday, and most just ring endlessly without even an answering service enabled (no announcement of any kind). Happily, I was calling to cancel my service anyways, but I can’t imagine how bad it would be to try and file a claim. Allston, if you are paying attention, you are way behind the times.

I've been using Alston insurance for at least 10 years. Kevin is amazing. He will call me if I am close to cancellation. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Tried calling on behalf of a customer of mine to get their brand new car registered and the agent that picked up the phone was extremely rude and kept telling me how busy he was and that he had no time to help me.
