I have done business with this family owned business for many years. They take great interest and care of their clients. I highly recommend their entire team!! I just moved back to Oklahoma and bought vehicle, renters and an umbrella liability policy from them. I did not tell them what I was currently paying. Wendy beat the policy price I had with better coverage. WOW! That just does not happen. I am a life time member of the OSU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION. That liberty mutual CO said I got preferred treatment and pricing. NOT!!! Lyle, Wendy and John and anyone else that might work for them will take good care of you.

I have been a customer with this agency since 2003. I have always received fantastic service and excellent rates. I love the informal way they run their office. When I call, I don't have to spend 5 minutes talking to machine before I'm connected to a live person. They are friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance in the Stillwater area.

I walked in and was hollared to "come back here." The property and office is next to the tag agency, which is probably convenience for people that don't have insurance or a smart phone. You'll need to get a quote and decide if your personal savings warrant having this local office to service you.
