Akin have been my Allstate agent for about 2 years, at the beginning of working with Akin communication was great but after a while it became more difficult to get in contact with him. And when I do he wouldn't have a direct answer to any of my question; his best answer is ill have to check and call you back. Hopefully he calls back!!!! He got one star because google wouldn't let me post without a star.
best customer service ever! they go above and beyond their job description!
