Allstate Insurance Agent: Rogister & Associates

Allstate has done a good job working with my unusual situation. I do not own a car, but I need to maintain a valid driver's license for various reasons. In North Carolina, by law, maintaining a valid driver's license requires carrying car insurance. Allstate was the only agency which would write me a non-owned policy; and later, when they discontinued non-owned policies, they found one for me through a partner agency.

They cancelled my home insurance policy without telling me. When I contacted them as my lender told me of the situation. They said they do not know why my policy was cancelled. This cancellation with no notice forced my lender to put an emergency premium on my mortgage. During my discussion with these people they finally said my insurance was cancelled for non payment. What lie this was? I had been with Allstate for about 5 years and unfortunately my previous agent left and transferred my account to them. They are rude, unapologetic. I got a cheaper rate and better service somewhere else. Avoid these people at all cost, you cannot find worse.

I have been working w Justin Reynolds at Rogister & Associates for a couple of years now and when I say Best Agent ever, I mean it! Justin has helped me find the best coverage, answers my questions/concerns immediately and is always so gracious and patient. I highly recommend! This office needs to be held accountable for how they deal with clients. I called representing a client and spoke to Jim. He was rude, unhelpful and downright ugly in his dealings with me. He refused to email me stating that he was not going to help and did not offer legal’s number. I then asked to speak with Justin, the office manager. He defended Jim… I then called legal and the call “dropped”. This company needs direction, and this office needs training and education on etiquette, kindness, and class. Update: I called again to get help for my client, and to quote, “ we can’t help, she needs to call the person who wrote her policy.” This office likes to give false names, but this time Justin used his real name. Justin is rude and this office speaks down to their clients.

These guys are the best all around!!!! I use them for auto insurance only but they are the ones to go to for all of your insurance needs!!!! They will help you find the policy that is best for you and your needs!!! My son uses them also for auto insurance and they were very helpful in finding him the policy that was best for him. You can’t go wrong with this team!!!!!
