He answers his phone!! I was surprised and pleasantly pleased at the service and speed to get our insurance transferred when we moved. I explained the type of personal service that I had grown accustomed to in Kansas and he had not disappointed me. His performance thus far gives me no reason to believe he will not be on top of it if the worst were to happen.

Allen Bollschweiler with State Farm is nothing more than a conman and joke! Guys like Allen should NOT be trusted or counted on at all! After 20 years (with a perfect driving record) with State Farm insurance, I received a cancellation notice. To my surprise, I found out that there was a false accident on my record. Allen refused to help me in any way! I don't understand where loyalty went to these days! If you are ever in a spot that you need to count on your insurance agent, DO NOT COUNT ON ALLEN TO WORK FOR YOU!
