I tried to call All South Insurance company about twenty times from 10 am to 1 pm today. I have gotten a busy signal most time. When it did ring, they simply didn't pick up. I'm calling about a petty business matter but I can't imagine how frustrating this would be if I were in a serious accident or emergency and needed help with my policy.
