I’ve been working with All Purpose Insurance Group since 2020 when I first opened my company. They helped me get my liability, workers comp, and commercial insurance set up the right way from day one. What I appreciate most is their communication. Whenever I have a question, they have the answer. If I need something special, they don’t hesitate to make it happen. They’re professional, responsive, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find people you can trust in business — these guys are the real deal.

I do not recommend All Purpose Insurance Group, Inc.. I worked with Valeria and Deisy on business registration and provided clear, detailed instructions from the start. Despite this, the process was handled incorrectly. For over a week, I was told I would receive follow-ups or updates, but no progress was made. Communication went in circles, and nothing was resolved. When I finally reached Valeria, I was told to look for someone else because they would not be able to complete the process after all. This resulted in a full week of wasted time. The lack of follow-through and accountability was disappointing, especially for a time-sensitive matter.

The communication with the staff is the worst, I can't even imagine what it would be like if we got into an accident. They would NEVER respond. Honestly, it is cheaper to go with an insurance company that is known because these little places never call back or email. You're just throwing away your money awat.
