Agent doesn’t respond to emails even after calling multiple times receiving the same answer from some woman, “please forward the email to him again and I will let him know to check.” I sent him numerous emails to cancel my policy since I sold my house. 8 months later I’m still receiving renewal notices and failure to make payments from the insurer. He never cancelled my policy so I had to go directly to the insurer and they cancelled it for me. Don’t waste your time with this agent. Go somewhere else.
