We had our auto insurance with State Farm for 30 years, moved to Ormond Beach in Sept 2025 and found this local agency, but because of poor customer service and lack of communication, never responding to emails, we were forced to switch to Progressive. Maybe they need more help in that office because the staff member that originally helped us is no longer there, not sure but either way, not my problem, it's theirs, hope they figure it out. Then, when we called to cancel the insurance, all they said was "Ok". So after 30 years we didn't even get a "what can we do to retain you as a customer?" Oh well....I guess that's where customer service is going now.
