Avoid this office! The entire time with State Farm they kept messing up who was assigned to which car, tried to add my kids to the umbrella policy and the homeowners. They decided to cancel my son’s coverage and because they had him listed as the primary on my new truck instead of his car the dropped my coverage. We never received notice and they don’t care. They don’t care they had my driving a car without insurance and without notification. I will never have State Farm again! 5 vehicles, homeowners insurance, an umbrella policy and 5 drivers with high coverage. I paid a lot for my insurance and this is how they treated me!!!!

I recently got both an auto and homeowner's policy with State Farm, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Christhy Reyes was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options in detail. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, ensuring I got the best coverage at a great rate. Haven't had the best experience with this office. My apps were not working, so I tried to solve the problem. I tried for over a month. My account had a charge on it due to the drive safe and save discount not being applied. When I talked to Tania, I was accused of not calling tech support because "they have never said that" and "they can usually fix the issue". Tech support had all of the records of when I called and how they assisted me (or lack of being able to assist me). I got a bill in the mail and called the office in the evening, after hours, and left a voicemail. It has been over two business days and I still have not had a response. I will try to call again, but I am highly disappointed with the customer service at this office.

A representative from this branch was rude and not helpful at all. I asked how I could lower my insurance and she could not help me beside force more products on me which would cost more money. I ended up figuring out how to lower my insurance on my own after our call. Regardless she was very rude. She did not know how to lower my insurance beside bundling home and auto which was false. I learned I could lower it by raising my deductible. She failed as a sales rep to help me with my needs and explain how we can move forward. She should be fired for the way she spoke to me with an argumentative attitude. You can't talk to customers that way. Her name is Christy. My family and I were recently involved in a hit and run accident. We never thought we would have to go through such a horrible experience but thankfully Stephany was there to help. She walked us through the process of making the claim and followed up with us to ensure we weren’t hurt. She has been such a great support for my family, very helpful and always there when we need her.
