I highly recommend Alcock Insurance! They never fail to come through with great pricing and coverage. The agent made it headache free for me by quoting around with several companies so I wouldn’t have to do all that work myself. She found the best price and got me all set up. I’m very thankful to have my insurance with such capable and kind people. It’s refreshing!

I was initially referred to alcock by a relative. The initial quote that they gave me sounded pretty good considering the two accidents on my record. I make my first payment and, oh, I owe a bunch more money because they decided not to run my insurance history when they made a quote. I do a little research and find that that's a somewhat common "TACTIC " with some insurance agencies. All right, live and learn. After making a few payments through the agency and getting attitude In response to some pretty basic questions I had at the time, I tried to have them removed as my agent all together (turns out national general won't let you do that, cool cool.) My insurance renewal date comes up and I'm checking out new options. Insurance company tells me that I have to cancel through my agent. Wh

I recorded the entire conversation on my IPad so she cannot lie and I will be posting on my social media platforms to expose her. I have never in life been treated this way. I was not rude at all. She was rude, passive aggressive, angry, and very unprofessional. I just moved from Ohio and asked her a simple question about coverage vs a Sr22 and she began yelling at me, talking to me like I’m uneducated, even called me out my name. She hung up on me 3 times because I kept asking questions to make sure this insurance was right for me. It’s almost like she hates her job. I hope she never receives business again! And I will be getting a lawyer involved for her comments about black people ! She didn’t even know my race to be saying what she said. I could be white, Mexican, or even Chinese. Karm

Alcock Insurance is great. My wife and I were very impressed with Holiday Alcocks professionalism and attitude. She helped us so much with our insurance. We moved from NY to NC and we needed to find insurance that was a as good as our insurance in NY. We had so much going on with our moving that we didn't have all of our stuff together and Holiday was able to help us out so mtuch. We were so lucky to find her. She was able to get us great insurance that was better than what we had in NY.

This is the best insurance agency in Pitt County. I have used them for years and even better. Mrs. Holliday was so sweet. She just called me out of the blue and said. " I was just checking over my customer accounts and was able to save you on your car insurance " Clean inside and the agent Holliday is super smart and can help you out with all your insurance needs..
