If I could give 0 stars, I would. Incompetent employees such as Marquita Brooks are absolutely terrible to deal with. She does not answer my emails or calls. The one time I was able to get her on the phone, she was extremely rude and made a ridiculous ruling on the liability for our case. She was also extremely rude to my insurance representative and hung up on his face. I wrote an email requesting to speak to her manager, and it was ignored. Its safe to say she knows she does a terrible job, and that is why she is too ashamed to answer emails and calls.
