This is the worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. I have a claim from a car accident, and Krista Barton, the person in charge of handling claims, seems to be keeping the claim money. It seems this is how the manager of this insurance company handles claims. Stay away from this insurance company; they seem to be scammers.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone for over a 2 weeks. I have been calling and calling. no one has returned my calls. I got in a bad accident and my car is totaled. I can't get to work. and now I have lost my job. this is the worst!! please return my calls! thanks!

Terrible customer service, the salespeople work pretty hard but the claims representatives are incompetent and get defensive when asked to do their job. Never working with these people again.

AIC Insurance helped me with my new policy. Rebecca was great, Above all, she really wanted to help me. I can assure you this is in complete contrast to the service I have received from other insurance companies
