Just met with Josh and Jordan Ward up at Agency West Insurance! I’m a contractor with NextGen Restoration so we deal a lot with insurance, and Agents. It is rare to find an Agency that takes this much pride in serving their customers, and a little icing on the cake… they are family owned! If you’re looking for a new agency that’ll take great care of you, don’t hesitate to reach out to them!

Really bad experience and a month to attempt to get simple business insurance on a second business/location. Calls not returned. “I’ll check on that and call you back today” turned into me calling them a week later 🤷‍♀️ Got so frustrated we went with someone else. Weird how Justin’s voice went from nice to rude when he found out, like I did something wrong. I’m too old for gaslighting. Bye.
