Aetna

In my opinion, Aetna is intentionally devious. I tried for months to get an answer to this simple question: "How much will Aetna cover for a continuous glucose monitor." They sent me on a continuous loop of half truths and obfuscations that resulted in me receiving an $830 bill when I could have paid one-third of that amount out-of-pocket at my local pharmacy. Their refusal to disclose the coverage I had a right to receive resulted in a one year delay in receiving the most effective tool available for managing my diabetes. I feel like I have been scammed. In a few months, I will be eligible for Medicare, and I will not be turning to Aetna for a supplement plan.

Garbage company only concerned about profit. I get told I only have to pay copay then 7 months later get a huge bill and basically told "just pay it" by garbage customer service who doesn't care either.

They helped and Dr. Arthur Colin has moved out of network. Not on James St. Syracuse NY. At Lens Crafters.
