I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the appalling service and complete lack of accountability I have experienced with Aetna Health Insurance. I have dealt with many insurance companies in my lifetime, and without a doubt, Aetna ranks as one of the worst. The customer service is utterly incompetent. Representatives constantly give conflicting information, pass the buck, and seem either unwilling or unable to resolve even the simplest issues. Trying to get answers from Aetna is like yelling into a void-except the void might actually get back to me faster. Your denial of clearly covered claims, unexplained delays, and constant red tape are not only exhausting but downright unethical, with all the pain I’m in it is also inhumane at this point.
