I experienced another great customer service today. I kept getting texts messages alerting me about my renewal, and I only called in to make sure my auto payment and renewal was still in effect. I end up speaking with Anthony with ext. line 11441, very polite, professional and also very informative. He kindly explained to me in details on why I was getting all the alerts, and ensure that my payment is correct and update me on plans I can look into if ever needed down the line etc... overall experience turned out to be a very pleasant one, which is always appreciated!! I had to call for an extension on my payment due to someone fraudulently using my debit card causing us to put a hold on the card and couldn't make a payment right away. Edgar was able to get me an extension with no problem. Very nice guy and very helpful and understanding. Great company!

She informed me on what exactly I needed to get the process complete in a reasonable amount of time. It was a seamless process and I even received an auto pay discount which was significant. I had an outstanding experience with Mariela ext 11422 She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our entire call. Unlike some of my past experiences with other agents, she never rushed me, never asked me to call back, and didn’t place me on hold just to take another call.
