Horrible! They were great at first then when i switched from them and went to another company they were still considered my "agent" I told them twice that my address has changed and didn't think anything of it. When I cancelled and went with another company (because they had a much better rate) the old company was supposed to send my refund check back, but couldn't do so because my "agent" never changed address which prolonged the whole thing! Horrible service!
