I purchased a full line of insurance and it was quick and easy. great customer service and teamwork. These are private brokers and they are no nonsense. So if you are a bully and think your bad attitude will get you the discount, shop elsewhere. They only work with professionals.

Cherie Adams dodged my calls and emails to cancel a policy on an apartment I moved out of more than six months ago. Extremely unprofessional behavior, I gave plenty of notice but she was only helpful when quoting me a price.

Want to leave my first review ever since I received such poor customer service. My agent Cherie Adams reacted defensive when my car wheel cracked on the road, for a whole day all I hear is NO. No way I will get any reimbursement, no way my wheel cracking on the road will be covered, no way I can file any claim except roadside assistance. I called the Erie insurance hotline, received a completely different answer. I don’t understand how a “professional” agent can just bully and lie to their customer who just went thru a car accident.

My agent Cherie Adams is not very helpful. If you are a detail person this is not the agency for you. I was orginally quoted once price and then when it came time to pay it was about $280 more. we made a minor switch which she stated would not change my cost "very much." When I asked her about it she stated that she forgot I was a detail person. She complained that I asked too many questions. I went to her because I thought at the time she was the only one that offered Erie insuarnce. It turns out I was wrong. Erie is an awesome product. Do yourself a favor and go to anyone else that offers it.
