The staff is totally useless. I call and never get a live person. I leave messages and don't get a return call. I email and wait days if I am lucky to get a message back. Simply put, they don't care at all about the customer. If you need to dispute something good luck they won't help you at all.

We paid the agent for a policy but recently found out they did not forward the premium money to the carrier when we started getting collection notices from them. We tried communicating with them but were told their accounting department was a mess and then they ghosted us. We are filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services.

Worst company ever, imposible to get in touch with them, not recommended.

Called to insure 2 rental properties and of course went to voicemail. Never received a call back. I don't feel I need to chase people for my business and I need an agent that will be there when I need call them. I found another agent who actually answers the phone and followed through. That's what I need in an agent.

If Bernie Madoff had an insurance company this would be it. Criminally run operation. They send no warnings of expiring insurance and once your insurance expires they call to let you know it expired and because you are no longer currently enrolled it will now cost double to get you reenrolled. This has happened to multiple people I know who have used them. No mail, emails, or phone calls. They did this on both our renters insurance and auto insurance. Customer service was horrific from the start of us working together. Stay away.
