We have been working with ACI Insurance Services for almost five years now. John and his crew are accommodating, competent, and pleasant to work with. John deserves special recognition for going above and above to ensure a smooth switchover of policies for us. All interactions with St. Giles are professional, and responses are always very timely. Excellent customer service; usually quick to answer my questions and extremely helpful.

With regard to our queries, worries, and requirements, we have experienced outstanding service and an affable demeanor. We are really grateful to you and your team. They have a wealth of information and are friendly, kind, and polite. What a fantastic example of teamwork. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with your group, and I don't mind at all giving credit where credit is due because these days, hardly any of these organizations truly deserve praise like you all!

Horrible service! John Rothschild is the worst agent we've ever had to deal with. He's very unprofessional, never listens or remembers what you need. Never answers his phone or emails, he just wants to collect your commission but doesn't want to put in any actual work. He just sends your renewal in the mail and if you need anything else from him you can never reach him. He is not able to perform simple tasks correctly, he constantly mistakes you for someone else and doesnt remember your name or your business even though you're his customer for years. He got me coverage we didn't want because it didn't cover us for what we needed and cannot get me correct coverage because he doesn't listen or remember what we say. We paid a deposit we cannot get cancelled because he won't answer my emails.

John was great and he made it pretty simple to get my E & O insurance in place. Thank you Marilyn
