We used St. John’s Insurance Agency to secure our homeowners insurance. Not only did we get an awesome rate but we didn’t have to do a thing. Kevin looked up everything for us, emailed us our options, went over every option with us and answered any question we had quickly. We e-signed all paperwork so nobody had to leave work. The experience was so efficient and easy that we had Kevin search our auto insurance. We’re saving $25-$30 a month and we have better coverage. I would highly recommend SJIA to anyone looking for great rates and excellence customer service!

I have been a customer for years - originally with St Johns Insurance . Since Acentria took over their customer service is extremely poor. They are unresponsive , lack followup , it's completely frustrating getting a simple task completed. You have to call and email and leave several messages . I will be canceling my policies with them and renewing elsewhere . Stay away unless you want to be frustrated, there are a lot of better agencies out there. Also their lack of followup cost one of my policies to lapse, I had no idea and under St Johns management they always made sure that didn't happen and called me! Now they have no one following up or assisting you , when I asked why they said its not their responsibility. Well it should be as my agent .

They are bad. After hurricane Irma , had damage and am still waiting to hear from them. As the other rating suggest customer service terrible . Waited on the line hours upon hours to put in my claim. Was hung up on several times. Now my roof is leaking and my house is getting damaged. They told me to climb on the roof and put a tarp well I'm disabled and have no money. The waiting game continues . Yes shame on them. They subcontract your claim and you will get lost in the maze .... I feel helpless and without a hope. Not only do I have to contend with the sinking feeling that my home is damaged, I also be to deal with the.sinking feeling that my insurance company has failed me. yourself a favor skip this company. Sorry but I can't delete this post. My insurance is with St Johns Insurance Company not St Johns Insurance Agency. This was posted to the wrong company. We have a homeowners insurance policy with St Johns and we had wind damage. They processed the claim expeditiously and issued a check. And when I say they issued a check, that is all they issues. I did not receive any but a white piece of paper with my home address and a check. No estimate of the damage, no calculations how they arrived at the amount, nothing. Then I called the claims adjuster on Thursday at 11:33AM and his voicemail said any messages left before noon would be returned the same day. Guess what no call back on Thursday or Friday. I did call again on Friday and as I noted I have not heard back from my adjuster. Th

By far THE WORST home insurance you could ever get. We ran into problems with our home soon after buying it. It took over a month to get anyone to answer their phone or call us back. The lady had no clue what she was talking about. The people they sent to our home to look at the problem told us they would definitely write up a report for everything to be fixed/covered. We waited 2 months and never heard anything. After many phone calls, the lady told us they were not going to cover the damage AND they were dropping us. She agreed to get in touch with the man they sent to our home and see if anything could be done....needless to say, we never heard from them again. I've never experienced such horrible customer service as this. If you enjoy throwing your money away, definitely use St. Johns.
