I can’t speak to other agents at this location but, Danielle is wonderful to work with. She’s knowledgeable, patient and friendly. We’re moving from TN to FL and she was able to walk me through the process of getting our homeowners insurance setup down there so we can get our mortgage and closing date. She gave me information about what to do to transfer our car insurance - I didn’t know I had to get FL insurance before registering our cars. She even mentioned acquiring life insurance to make it a package deal at State Farm, but once I mentioned I already had a policy with another company, she didn’t push or try to sell me on switching, she just let me know it’s there for me if we needed something different. I had a great experience opening a new auto policy with Michele. She was knowledgeable and responsive, and she put together a quote very quickly which included the same coverage amounts that I had before. I’m very pleased with the switch!
