I happened to be in urgent need of a policy over the holidays and wasn't expecting to be able to get help for several days, but Vanessa came through big-time. She not only was thorough, prompt and responsive, she also was very courteous and considerate in everything she did. I would rate her as the gold standard for customer service.

Background: I’m very serious about customer service, but even moreso I am looking after my grandparents home and DO NOT want to make the wrong decision. That said with me being in a different State I seek guidance. I’m 20+ years in real estate but there are people and companies that are bad out here. I reached out to Vanessa and Sherrie…… I missed their response. I was getting a bit testy so I left another message and Sherrie did call me again. She was very patient with me, explained to me the process (although it was definitely in her email). So thank you again for your assistance and double response. I do appreciate you. I too can get a little nervous and I never hold anyone’s ear for a long time. So thank you.

Vanessa was amazing. I had a time constraint and had a little bit of an odd situation. Vanessa stepped right in and got me everything I needed. All while she was on vacation. She’s prompt, patient and kind. I went to her a second time with an issue with an issue and she found me a great rate. Saved us hundreds of dollars. We would have been really paying a lot more without her expertise. I 100 percent recommend her for all your insurance needs.

Vanessa has great communication. Sometimes Realtors and Insurance Agents need communication to get small things fixed on a home- in order for buyers to get better coverage. Vanessa clearly communicated what was needed and we got it fixed!
