Ivelisse is friendly and promptly responds to requests for policy changes. She stayed on the phone with me to help with filling out the electronic documents and to make sure all changes were completed.

My renewal indicated rates based on a 4 y.o.roof. My roof was just replaced again in June '24 so is brand new. I called to have that corrected and agent said she would look into it. I provided copies of receipts from the roofer indicating my portion of the roof was paid in full. The rest was paid by my carrier. The agent said she would call me back to confirm the situation was straightened out. She never did. I waited almost two weeks and called leaving a message. No call back. I waited another week and called and left a message. No call back. In the meantime my policy renewed at over 2k premium more than last year. I still don't know if the roof age has been corrected and/or if it should affect the amount of premium. I will call again but really don't expect a call back. This isn't the fi
