A driver insured with Ace Auto Insurance hit my car. It's been 3 months, Ace has not processed the claim and has shunned from returning my call. NO resolution of any sort from them despite my repeated calling. They transfer me from this department to that, eventually I always get someone's voicemail or a busy dial tone.
