Sandy Gorham is an absolute joy to work with she goes above and beyond for her customers made us feel very welcomed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Even went as far as to talk to my old insurance company to try and fix a problem that I was having with them she comes highly highly recommended.

Hector was polite, friendly and when I explained how much in a rush I was in, he went out of his way to get me going so I could get to my destination on time, safely & legally! Thanks Hector! Great insurance company. I had been dealing with the process of letting my lemon of a vehicle go back to where it came from prior to calling and getting help from one of the local agents. She was very patient and empathetic of my venting but because I had already spoke with the manager Sandy a few days before about the same thing she transferred me to her. Ms. Sandy also was very helpful and quick with communication. She was able to get my request taken care of efficiently. Thank you to the acceptance team of 23rd st in panama city for all the help.
